Three mature Saguaros (Carnegiea gigantea) grow in the vicinity of the Rincon Mountains. Mature Saguaros can live for 250+ yrs and can reach 50+ feet in height. The scientific name Carnegiea is a tribute to the great American Andrew Carnegie.
